Verizon wireless and all telecomms' pricing schemes are either unregulated by government or unsupervised. Verizon wireless and its counterparts are being subsidized by illegal, unehtical so-called 'pricing plans', better known as contrived schemes knowingly and willingly devised by Verizon Wireless corporate thieves. It's no surprise that dishonesty is pervasive at Verizon Wireless and throughout the telecomm industry. It's Uncle Sam's way of taxing the American public indirectly in support of Verizon Wireless and the communications industry.
Verizon's scheme is a greedy trap layed for its unsuspecting naive customers. Verizon Wireless purposely preys upon those of its customers who are unaware, charging them as much as 250% more than those wireless customers who know to protect themselves against Verizon's plot. Why is it that two customers using the exact same service for the same amount of time - all things being equal - that one would pay $100 per month and the other would pay $350 per month?
The answer is Verizon Wireless is defrauding its client base. Verizon publicly advertises itself as a reputable honest American corporation that provides 'very' competitive rates for wireless service. Well, guess who is bolstering the bottom line at Verizon. It is those Verizon customers who are dupped into the misfortune of selecting the 'wrong' 'calling plan'. It's called stealing, cheating, FRAUD. 1 a : DECEIT, TRICKERY; specifically : intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right b : an act of deceiving or misrepresenting
So let's say you catch on to Verizon's scam and you confront them with their hands in your pockets. No embarrassment. No shame. Just justifcation after nonsensical justification for their keeping their pirated loot. Know what? It's YOUR fault, they say, because you 'should have known better'.
So what happens if you demand retroactive fair pricing? Refusal. And if you counter with a refusal to meet their demands to pay up? Verizon Wireless takes your good credit rating hostage by invading your credit report and wiping their dirty feet on it, and there they sit knowing one day you will have to pay to get them off. What's the alternative? A $5,000 attorney bill to get their cooperation.
What I want to know is, "Where is the government that is supposed to be protecting the consumer from common thieves like Verizon Wireless?"
